Repetitive Violators Policy
Last updated · July 9, 2026
JOTMILL is committed to protecting its community from users who repeatedly violate our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). This Repetitive Violators Policy describes how we identify repeat offenders and the enforcement actions we take against them.
1. What counts as a violation
A "violation" is any instance where content submitted by a user is confirmed by our moderation team to breach the AUP and is rejected, or where an account is otherwise found to have breached the AUP. Each confirmed violation is recorded against the responsible account as a strike.
2. Strikes and enforcement thresholds
- First and second strike. The violating content is removed and permanently blocked from publication, and the account holder is notified with the reason for the removal so they can correct their behavior.
- Third strike. When an account accumulates three confirmed strikes, the account is automatically suspended. A suspended account cannot sign in, publish, distribute, or transact, and its content is hidden from the public.
- Severe violations. Content involving child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, or other egregious harm results in immediate suspension or permanent termination regardless of prior strike count, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. How repeat violations are detected
Strikes are recorded automatically whenever moderation rejects a user's content, and are tracked per account. Our systems combine automated content scanning at publish, user reports, and administrative review to ensure repeat offenders are identified and acted upon consistently. Administrators can review each account's strike history and enforcement status.
4. Suspension and termination
Suspended accounts lose access to publishing, distribution, monetization, and payouts. Accounts terminated for cause may forfeit access to the platform permanently. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts associated with content that violates the AUP.
5. Appeals
An account holder who believes an enforcement action was taken in error may appeal by contacting our support team. Administrators may reinstate an account after reviewing an appeal.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Repetitive Violators Policy from time to time. Continued use of JOTMILL after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
